    Regarding the wandering albatross.

Is it possible to identify this as Exulans, i.e from one of the Southern Indian Ocean colonies, rather than from one of the colonies south of New Zealand. It seems that in NZ circles at least, the Indian ocean birds are now being refered to as Snowy (wandering) albatross, and separated from the NZ based birds (sometimes referred to as Gibsons and Antipodean).
    No doubt difficult.
